Default Voicemail Password

Change Voicemail Password

From Desk Phone: Press the home button on your phone.  Then, select Voicemail.  Choose "Account Administration", type in the current voicemail password, then select "Change password."

From App: Go to "Settings", then select "Voicemail".  Click on "Voicemail Pin", create a new 6-10  digit PIN, then click "Save".


Change Voicemail Greeting

From Desk Phone: Press the voicemail button then enter the Voicemail Pin and then select Account Administration. From there you will  be able to change your Voicemail Greeting.

From App: Go to "Settings", then select "Voicemail". Click on "Voicemail Greeting", and then "Custom" from the drop down menu.  You wil have the option to record your message on your computer, record from a phone call, or upload a custom greeting. 


Adding quick contacts to my Desk Phone

From App: Go to "Contacts", then search for the contact.  In the contact profile, toggle the "Add to quick contact" switch towards the bottom of the window.


Desk Phone has no power or dial tone

Install the Ring Central app for my computer

Setup a video conference

From App: Select "Video".  If not visible, then click "More" and then "Video".  From there, you will have the options to Start, Schedule, or Join.


Manage Call Answering on the Desk Phone and Computer App

From App: Go to "Settings", then "Phone".  Click on "Incoming Call Rules", then "Incoming Calls".  You will then be offered customizations for your calls. 


Turn off AutoLaunch on the Ring Central App

From App: Go to "Settings", then "General".  Click on the dropdown for "Launch app on startup", then select "Off"
